Whatababy Whatayear | Cason's 1st Birthday

As many of you know, last September I gave birth to the sweetest baby boy. Since then our world has been a little crazy, but in the best way possible. Over the weekend we celebrated Cason's 1st birthday with famil and friends, and Whataburger.

I was so excited when I came up with this theme and it couldn't be more fitting for our family. My husband has a serious obsession with Whataburger. I thought it would be fun to do a spin on the smash cake photos and take him to our local Whataburger here in College Station. He loved the milk shake the most (he is my kid) and then got a little messy with the gravy. I had so much fun taking these pictures and capturing his reaction to his first, of many, Whataburger meals.

Rest of the photos I took during his party. I made cupcake toppers that looked like the stickers they use and we got a great gift box from Whataburger head quarters filled with sunglasses, bandanas and super hero masks for the kiddos.

It was such a great party and Cason had a blast getting loved on by family and eating his cake. Boy, was that a mess to clean up.
